2/13 Sunday Morning

Jimmy had a good night and rested well. His oxygen improved to 58. Dr. Firstenberg was in this morning and felt James had taken a small step in the right direction. They plan on keeping everything the same today, no movement, but with a slight decrease in the paralytic. He is still on 100% oxygen and the maximum support of the ventilator and ECMO machines. This means that any improvement, like last night, is Jimmy's body responding positively. He is still not classified as stable and remains fully sedated. He is very critically ill but on an upward trend.
