3/4 Friday

James is continuing to do well, and has been stable today.

The big news is he was able to eat his first real food in nearly 30 days. He was overjoyed first to just see food, then ecstatic when I began to shovel it into his mouth (in small bites). Keep in mind that he only had, pudding, Jello and some mashed potatoes and gravy... But he was very pleased.

Today they got him out of bed and into a chair. He was able to sit in the chair for about 6 hours.

At the beginning of next week a decision will be made on when and where he will go for rehabilitation. Therapy will be tough, but I am so glad to be even thinking about it.

Please keep Jimmy in your thoughts and prayers. Good night.
