James is doing well today and is in good spirits.
He has just taken a test to see if he is able to swallow regular food. James passed the test! Therefore, pizza, chinese and taco's (some of his favorites) are becoming closer to reality... although not for a while.
Over the past few days, James has gained a real appreciation for where he was (medically), and how far he has come. This afternoon he told our nephew Mark that "God has been so good to him, but He has a lot of work to do on this floor of the hospital".
Next stop... Dodd Hall for rehabilitation. We are just waiting for the transfer to become reality.
God has blessed us all. My prayers continue for Jimmy. I just spoke to Jimmy on Marks phone he sounded really good. You are amazing and we all know you will give it your all. I love you James Tenney.
