James has had another good day.
Today he has walked the farthest yet (with assistance from a walker and a nurse) and has finally been able to eat real (solid) food.
Tomorrow looks like the day he will move to Dodd Hall for rehabiliation.
Way to go Jimmy!

ReplyDeleteWay to go Jim!!! Keep up the steady fight!
ReplyDeleteIt's great to keep hearing all the good news. You are a miracle!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about the infection around the trach. My mom never had infection around her trach, but always got a "bug" called pseudomonas. We used bactroban after cleaning it and then another doctor said to clean around it with betadine swab sticks. This kills more germs. Hope it gets cleared up soon.
Thanks for keeping the blog updated. Prayers continue for you to be able to return home soon.
Keep it up, James! You and Aunt Dora can have a contest with your walkers! I hope your recovery is smooth and without complications!
ReplyDeleteGreat work Jimmy, I pray for you everyday we will be back together soon. I love you. Victoria
ReplyDeleteSo happy to hear you are eating solid foods and walking more. Keep up the good work James.
